FAQ

  • Sandglass’ administrative offices can be reached 9am-2pm Monday-Friday. We observe most federal holidays. Office closures are announced via our newsletter.

  • We encourage patrons without accessibility needs to park on the street and walk up our driveway. Overflow parking can be found at the Basketville building at 8 Bellows Falls Rd, a 5 minute walk from the Theater.

  • Sandglass provides accessible parking and seating. We can reserve parking spaces just next to the entrance ramp to the theater. Our ticketing system also allows patrons to select wheelchair seating which helps Sandglass prepare both seating and parking in advance. We encourage patrons to reach out to info@sandglasstheater.org with any other accessibility needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Sandglass Theater generally aligns with CDC health guidelines. Patrons are free to self-select when it comes to masking. The box office always keeps a store of adult and children sized masks.

  • Children two and under, who will sit on laps do not need tickets for onsite events. For special events please refer to the event page for ticketing details.

  • Refunds may be requested for any reason 24 hours in advance of an event for which patrons have purchased a ticket or at any time if a ticket holder receives a positive result on a COVID test within 48 hours of a performance.
