Punschi
![]() "Punschi" is an abbreviation for the German words meaning "puppet theater under the umbrella." Under her sun umbrella, Ines Zeller Bass performs several pieces starring Kasper, the most beloved hand puppet character in her native country, Germany. In the fairground tradition, Punschi can be performed almost anywhere, from street fairs to carnivals, schools, libraries, festivals, theaters, indoors or out in the fresh air! Kasper, the stocking-capped puppet, is joined by his friend, the loveable giant, Augustin, and by a bellowing cow named Babette. Ines' clown character, Tschokolino, who lives in a round box painted with stars and moons, will also make a surprise appearance. "You can remember that name when you think of chocolate!" Ines tells her audiences. Conceived, Designed and Performed by Ines Zeller Bass
